CARE GUIDENCE

Finding the right care for those you love

We understand that choosing care can feel overwhelming. Our role is to provide clear, honest and professional guidance, helping you make informed decisions with confidence.

Our approach

Thoughtful,
personal guidance

Knowing where to start is not always straightforward. That is why we take the time to truly understand your situation, and guide you from there.

We recognise that every individual and family is different. Our guidance is not only practical and realistic, but compassionate and centred around the individual.

We take the time to explore your full situation before making any recommendations, ensuring that what we suggest is truly right for your loved one.

How we help

A full service,
from first question to final decision

1

Initial conversation

We begin with a structured conversation to understand your situation, concerns, and what you are hoping to find.

2

Care needs review

We carry out a thorough review of care needs, identifying what level and type of support is most appropriate now and in the future.

3

Options guidance

We talk you through all available care options clearly and without pressure, so you understand what is available to you.

4

Provider matching

We identify a small number of trusted, suitable providers and brief them on your needs before any contact is made.

5

Introductions & visits

We approach providers on your behalf, obtain availability, and arrange introductions or visits where appropriate.

6

Ongoing support

As needs change, we continue to support you, reviewing options and ensuring care remains the right fit.

Understanding your options

Every type of care, clearly explained

There are many different types of care available, and it is not always immediately clear which is the right fit. We will guide you through every option.

Live-in care

One-to-one support in your own home, around the clock.

Domiciliary care

Scheduled visits throughout the day to support independence.

Night care

Waking or sleeping night support for overnight reassurance.

Dementia care

Tailored support for individuals with memory-related conditions

Nursing care

Clinical support for individuals with complex health needs.

Residential care

Full-time support in a care home environment.

Respite care

Short-term support to give family carers a well-earned break.

Companionship

Lower-level wellbeing support and social engagement.

Transparency & ethics

Guidance you can trust completely

Our guidance is always based on what is most appropriate for the individual. We will never recommend a provider simply because it benefits us to do so.

Where we introduce you to a care provider and you choose to proceed, Bath Live-In Care Ltd may receive a one-off referral fee from that provider. This is always handled transparently and does not influence our recommendations.

Our priority is, and will always remain, achieving the best possible outcome for you or your loved one.

We can also help you find care across the UK — not just in Bath. We work with trusted providers nationwide.

There is no cost to you for this service

Our care guidance is completely free to you. Any fees are covered by the care provider you ultimately choose, and those fees do not affect the cost of care you are quoted.

We won’t only recommend ourselves

Our role is to find the right care for your situation — whether that is with Bath Live-In Care or another trusted provider entirely.

Is this right for you?

When guidance can help most

Care guidance can be particularly helpful when decisions feel uncertain or overwhelming.

Whatever your situation, this service is designed to provide clarity, reassurance and practical support.

You do not need to have a clear idea of what you need before reaching out. That is exactly what we are here to help with.
